The 147th Legislative District consists of part of Montgomery County including the townships of Douglass, Lower Frederick, Lower Salford, Marlborough, New Hanover, Upper Frederick, Upper Pottsgrove, Upper Salford and West Pottsgrove. The district also includes the boroughs of Green Lane and Schwenksville.

Toepel, Mensch Announce Funding for Development of Perkiomen Trail

HARRISBURG – Rep. Marcy Toepel (R-Montgomery) and Sen. Bob Mensch (R-Berks/Bucks/Montgomery) today announced a $308,200 Recreation and Conservation grant from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) for the development of the Perkiomen Trail in Upper Salford Township.

House Approves Bill to Improve PennWATCH Site, Says Toepel

HARRISBURG - A bill sponsored by Rep. Marcy Toepel (R-Montgomery) that would include information on the state’s PennWATCH website about each settlement paid as a result of an action taken by an employee of a Commonwealth agency was unanimously approved by the House of Representatives today.
