Toepel to Host Mobile Job Lab on April 13
HARRISBURG – For the benefit of residents who are looking for jobs, Rep. Marcy Toepel (R- Montgomery) will host a mobile job lab on Thursday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at her district office, 1885 Swamp Pike, Suite 107, Gilbertsville
Volunteers with the Tri-County Community Network’s mobile job lab will be available to help residents draft cover letters and resumes, create an email address and set up a LinkedIn account. They will also assist residents with their interview techniques.
“The job market remains competitive, and whether a resident is looking for part- or full-time work, brushing up on the skills required to get a job is useful,” Toepel said. “The job lab can be especially helpful for people who have not pursued a job for some time, as expectations of employers change with time.”
Residents are asked to RSVP for this free event by visiting RepToepel.com
or calling the district office at (610) 323-3299. Any questions about the job lab can also be answered by calling the office.
